My coaching style is collaborative — I don’t just hand you a plan, I work alongside you to make your triathlon goals realistic and achievable. Whether you’re dreaming of completing your first sprint triathlon, preparing for an Ironman, or building to international Age Group representation, we’ll create a plan that fits around your life and allows you to train smart without losing sight of the other roles you value — as a mum, partner, colleague, or friend.
For £90 per month, you’ll receive a fully personalised training plan delivered through Training Peaks, tailored to the time you have available — whether that’s five hours a week or twenty. You’ll also have access to a premium Training Peaks account so you can easily track and understand your progress.
Support and connection are central to my coaching. You’ll have regular access to me via WhatsApp or email, plus monthly one-to-one check-ins, either in person or online. When location allows, I also offer practical sessions such as run intervals, hill training, bike rides, bike track sessions, swim session meet-ups, and transition practice — always adapted to what will help you most.
Beyond the sessions themselves, I provide guidance on the many other aspects that shape performance and enjoyment: from nutrition, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, to bike fitting, swim analysis and women’s health considerations. I can help you source equipment too, ensuring you have what you need without unnecessary expense or confusion.
Most importantly, you’ll become part of a supportive community of like-minded athletes — women who understand the juggle, who celebrate the wins big and small, and who will cheer you on every step of the way.
